How we collect, use and protect your personal data under UK GDPR. We explain what data we collect, our lawful bases, retention, your rights (access, correction, deletion, complaint to the ICO), and how to contact us for data protection requests. Cookie Policy

What cookies and similar technologies we use (essential, preferences, analytics), a detailed cookie table, our PECR-aligned consent model, and how you can change your preferences at any time. No advertising cookies. See the Cookie Policy.

Terms of Use

The rules for using this website: permitted and prohibited use, intellectual property, no-reliance and disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law. These apply to site use only; client engagements are governed by Service Terms and your signed agreement. Full text in the Terms of Use.

Acceptable Use Policy

Rules for using our website and, where we link to it, our client portal. Covers prohibited activities (e.g. hacking, scraping, abuse), content standards, reporting misuse, and consequences of breach. See the Acceptable Use Policy.

Service Terms

When you become a client, the Service Terms apply. They cover scope, deliverables, payment, timelines, reviews and sign-off, care plans, and suspension/termination. Read the Service Terms before signing a project agreement.

Referral Programme Terms
