1. What cookies and similar technologies are

Cookies are small text files that are placed on your device when you visit a website. Similar technologies include local storage (such as localStorage), session storage and pixels. They allow a site to recognise your device, remember your choices, or collect information about how you use the site. We use cookies and, where relevant, localStorage to make the site work and, with your permission, to understand how the site is used.

2. Categories we use

  • Strictly necessary: required for the site to function and to store your cookie consent choice. These do not require your consent under UK law but we still inform you about them.
  • Preferences: remember choices you make (e.g. cookie preferences). Where we use preference cookies, they are set in line with your choices.
  • Analytics: help us understand how the site is used (e.g. pages viewed, events). We only set these with your consent. We do not use advertising cookies on this site.

3. Cookie and technology list

The table below describes the cookies and similar technologies we use. Exact cookie names may change as providers update their products; we keep this policy updated when we make material changes.

4. Consent model (PECR)

Under the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR), we need your consent before setting non-essential cookies. When you first visit the site, we show a cookie banner. You can choose to accept all cookies (including analytics) or reject non-essential cookies. Until you make a choice, we do not set analytics cookies. Essential cookies (including the one that stores your consent choice) are necessary for the site to work and are not subject to consent. You can change your mind at any time (see section 7).

5. How to change your preferences

You can change your cookie preferences at any time. Click the button below to reset your preferences — the cookie banner will reappear so you can make a new choice.

Alternatively, clear the "dd-cookie-consent" item from your browser's local storage (via developer tools or browser settings), or contact us at hello@domandigital.co.uk if you need help. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.

6. Browser controls

Most browsers let you block or delete cookies via their settings. Blocking all cookies may prevent the site from working properly (for example, we may not be able to remember your consent choice). For more information, see your browser's help or documentation.

7. Impact of blocking cookies

If you block strictly necessary cookies, parts of the site may not function (for example, we may not be able to remember that you have already set your preferences). If you block or withdraw consent for analytics cookies, we will not load PostHog, Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, Microsoft Clarity or Vercel Analytics for you; the site will still work for browsing and contacting us.

8. Policy updates

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or in the cookies we use. The current version will be published on this page with an updated effective date and version number.
