- Round-the-clock uptime monitoring, plus an hourly check that your enquiry form still works, so most problems are resolved before you hear about them.
- Unlimited small edits under fair use: text, images, prices, opening hours, and swaps to existing pages. New pages, new features, and design changes are quoted separately.
- Response within 1 UK business day, and the same UK business day if the site is down or the enquiry form stops delivering.
- A plain monthly report on the health of your site, and a named person who knows your account.

Buy it outright whenever you want. We publish the price for every tier from the day you sign up, and there's no exit fee. Buying out doesn't end things either: you can stay with us on a smaller plan, or take the code and go. See how owning and subscribing compare.
Sites are built in Next.js and deployed on Vercel’s global network. Nothing is charged upfront on any plan: you pay the first month, and there is no minimum term to sign. See a free preview of your actual homepage before you pay anything, and the site goes live within 5 UK business days of content being submitted. Depth builds over the first three months, so the plan keeps adding to the site rather than stopping at launch.
14 days to change your mind. Cancel within 14 days of signing for any reason and everything you've paid comes back in full. Your site goes live inside that window and seeing it live doesn't end the right: you get to look at the finished thing and still walk away.
Every plan, including Handled, can be bought out at any time: the build's value, minus half of every monthly payment you've made, down to a floor that covers what the build actually cost. Nothing is charged upfront, so every pound you have paid counts toward it. After buying out you can continue on our Hosting-only plan (£75/month: hosting, monitoring, and backups) or take your code and self-host.
New build: No minimum term. Cancel any time, with no notice to give: your plan stops renewing at the end of the paid month, which is not refunded. No exit fee, ever. Want to keep the site? Buy it out at any point (see the buy-out figure on your plan) and it is yours outright.

Where we host your site it stays live for that month plus a further 14 days, and an export of your code and content is free on request.
Need a break? You can pause your plan instead of cancelling. Email us and we will pause billing for up to 3 months while your site stays live. Billing resumes automatically at the end of the pause window unless you cancel.
Included time is stated in total for each plan, not added on top of the plan below it, and unused time does not roll over to the next month.
Work beyond your plan's included time is £95 an hour, or £145 an hour out of hours, always quoted and agreed with you before it starts.

Every plan includes your hosting run for you. Where we host your site, the platform cost is inside your plan price. Where you own your site outright, it runs on your own account in your own name, typically around £32 a month paid to the platform directly, and we manage it on access you can revoke at any time.

Site Health Check (£199, credited within 60 days) is an infrastructure diagnostic before ongoing management: performance, security, SEO health, accessibility. They serve different moments, rebuilding versus running what you have, and both stay live.
