Referral Programme Terms

1. Eligibility

Anyone can refer: clients, past clients, partners, and people who have only had a call with us. The person you refer must be new to us (no existing project or contract). We do not pay rewards for self-referrals or for referrals that break our anti-abuse rules.

You share your link or tell someone to mention your name when they get in touch. They fill in the form on the referral page or use our main Start a project form. When they sign a qualifying website build and their first payment clears, we credit you with a referral and process your reward. Payout is by bank transfer within 30 days of the qualifying payment clearing; you may need to provide your name, email, and payment details so we can match and process the referral.

2. Qualifying work

Referral rewards apply to new website build projects only. The referred client must sign a build agreement worth at least £2,000 excluding VAT. Qualifying plans include Landing Page Sprint, Launch, Growth, and Scale (or a custom-scoped website build that meets the minimum value).

3. What does not qualify

• SEO audits or standalone SEO retainers
• One-off fixes, emergency support, or ad-hoc development
• Care plans, maintenance subscriptions, or hosting-only agreements
• Standalone add-ons (e.g. GBP optimisation, reviews setup, cookie pack)
• Any project where the referred business is already in our active pipeline or has an existing contract with us

4. When a referral qualifies

A referral qualifies when the referred client has signed a build agreement and their first payment has cleared. Referrals that cancel before payment or charge back do not qualify. Our decision on whether a referral qualifies is final.

Examples

• You refer a salon owner. They book a strategy call, then sign for a website build (£2,000+ ex VAT) and pay the deposit. Once payment has cleared, your referral qualifies and we process your £250 reward.
• You refer a clinic. They only want a one-off SEO audit. That does not qualify. No reward is due.
• Someone you refer signs but then cancels before paying. No reward is due.

5. Anti-abuse

We reserve the right to refuse or revoke a reward if we suspect abuse. That includes fake referrals, self-referrals, or referrals that do not meet our criteria. We do not pay for referrals that cancel or charge back. Our decision on whether a referral qualifies is final. Abuse may also lead to exclusion from future referrals.

6. Tax responsibility

The £250 reward paid to the referrer may have tax implications. It is the referrer's responsibility to declare the reward to HM Revenue & Customs (or the relevant tax authority) and to pay any tax due. We do not withhold tax from referral rewards unless we are legally required to do so. If you are unsure, seek independent tax advice.

7. Programme changes and withdrawal

We may amend the reward amounts, eligibility criteria or other programme terms at any time. We may also withdraw the referral programme entirely. We will communicate material changes on the referral page and this terms page. Participation in the programme does not create any employment, agency or partnership relationship between you and Infinity Domain Solutions Ltd. We may cap the number of referrals per referrer or overall; we will communicate any such cap when relevant.

8. Governing law

Do I need to be a client to refer?

No. Past clients, contacts, and anyone else can refer. The referred person must be new to us and sign a qualifying website build (£2,000+ ex VAT).

When do I get paid?

Within 30 days of the referred client's qualifying payment clearing. We pay by bank transfer.

Is there a limit on referrals?

We may cap or change the programme. We will communicate any limit or change when relevant.
