Structure of our business
We are a small UK digital agency. We design, build and support websites and related digital services for businesses. We operate with a small team and work with a limited number of subcontractors and suppliers. Our operations are based in the United Kingdom.
Our position on modern slavery
We do not tolerate modern slavery or human trafficking in our business or in our supply chain. We are committed to acting ethically and with integrity in all our business relationships.
Our approach to risk
Given our size and the nature of our business, we:
- Supply chain: Work with a relatively small set of suppliers (e.g. hosting, software, professional services). We consider modern slavery risk when selecting and reviewing suppliers where relevant to the services they provide.
- Subcontractors: Where we use subcontractors for design, development or other services, we expect them to meet the same standards we set for ourselves and to comply with applicable law.
- Recruitment: We recruit directly or through established channels. We do not use forced or compulsory labour and we expect our recruitment practices to be fair and lawful.
Expectations of suppliers
We expect our suppliers and partners to comply with all applicable laws, including those relating to modern slavery and human trafficking. Where it is proportionate to do so, we may include or reinforce these expectations in our agreements or in our selection criteria.
Review and updates
We will review and update this statement periodically to reflect changes in our business, our supply chain or in law. This statement is a transparency commitment appropriate to our size and sector. It is not legal advice; if our turnover grows or tenders require a more detailed approach, we will consider further steps and, if appropriate, take legal advice.
