How is this different from a £500 freelancer or template builder?

A £500 site usually means a template, weak copy, no strategy, and a developer who disappears after launch. I include strategy, original copywriting, original design, conversion structure, post-launch optimisation, and a 30-day window where I keep tuning the site after it goes live. Most of my clients have already tried the cheaper route. I'm what they pick the second time.

You're a solo operator. What happens if you're at capacity, ill, or unavailable?

I run a small concurrent project list (typically 2–3 active builds at a time) so each project gets real attention rather than being passed around. If I'm out for a holiday or unwell, you'll know in advance and we'll plan around it. For ongoing care plans there's a documented incident response and a 24-hour acknowledgement target. The site itself is built on infrastructure (Vercel, Sanity, GitHub) you can take to any developer if you ever need to. No proprietary lock-in.

Do you run ads or social media?

No. We focus on websites and on-site improvements. We can work with your ads team if needed.

Can you fix my existing site?

Can you move my site from Wix/Squarespace?

Yes. We rebuild in a clean setup and handle the switch with no downtime.

How long does it take?

Essential usually takes 4-6 weeks. Professional usually takes 6-8 weeks. Premium usually takes 8-12 weeks.

Do I need to write anything?

We write from discovery, interviews, and your notes - no full copywriting from zero without that input.

What if I don’t like the first draft?

We revise fast. You see clear options and approve before we build. Our standard warranty and support terms apply after launch (see below).

Do you do monthly support?

What do I need to provide?

Basic info, any logos/photos, and access to current tools. Bullet points are fine.

Will my site show on Google?

Yes. We handle structure, basic SEO, and indexing so it can be found.

Can you add booking/quote forms?

Yes. We install forms or booking tools that match how you handle enquiries.

Can I update the site myself?

Most clients prefer done-for-you updates. Small changes are handled through Web Care plans, while bigger changes are quoted separately. All requests are handled quickly, so you can focus on running your business.

Warranty & support

After launch you get 30 days of defect fixes (bugs in the delivered work); after sign-off, changes are handled via Web Care or billed as ad-hoc support.
