FAQ
If you do not see your question, send a note and we will answer within one business day.
Send me the changes (copy, images, new offers) and I handle them for you so nothing breaks. If you ever want to DIY, I can record a quick walkthrough, but most clients prefer me to just get it done.
Yes. You get a CMS login if you want one, plus I keep an admin account to maintain the site. Ask anytime for extra logins or to revoke old ones.
Included: tweaks to the pages and components we built. Out-of-scope: net-new sections, new integrations, or campaigns - those get quoted separately or handled via a sprint.
Ongoing site care is provided through our sister brand, Infinity Domain Solutions Ltd. IDS Foundation (£150/mo) responds within 1 UK business day; Growth (£350/mo) responds within 4 UK business hours; Scale (£600/mo) is priority response with critical issues fixed the same UK business day. See infinitydomainsolutions.co.uk/plans.
The contract is a straightforward service agreement. It sets out what is being built, the agreed timeline, the payment schedule, and what happens if either party needs to make changes.
You receive a copy before any work begins and can ask questions about any clause before signing. Ownership of the finished work transfers to you on final payment. There is no proprietary lock-in.
The work here is primarily focused on UK service businesses. That said, clients based outside the UK who serve UK markets, or who have a UK-registered business, are considered on a case-by-case basis.
All communication runs via video call and async messaging, which works without issue across time zones. If your project looks like a good fit, get in touch.
It starts with a video call, typically 45 to 60 minutes. The aim is to understand your business, your customers, and what a successful outcome looks like in concrete terms.
After the call, a written brief summarises what was discussed and forms the basis of the proposal. You review and approve the brief before any work or costs are confirmed.
In limited circumstances, yes. The core focus here is service business websites, where the goal is enquiries, bookings, and calls rather than product transactions.
If you need a Shopify or WooCommerce store, I can refer you to the right people. If you need a service business site with a payment element such as deposits or online booking, that is within scope.
You keep everything. The site files, the hosting account (if registered in your name), the domain, and any analytics properties remain yours.
There is no proprietary system that only one agency can manage. If the site was built on a standard platform, any competent developer can take it over. Handover documentation is provided at the end of every project.
Yes. A staging link is shared before the final site goes live. You have time to review, request changes, and approve before the domain switches over.
Nothing goes live without your explicit sign-off.
Warranty & support
After launch you get 30 days of defect fixes (bugs in the delivered work); after sign-off, ongoing changes are handled on an Infinity Domain Solutions (IDS) plan (infinitydomainsolutions.co.uk) or billed as ad-hoc support.
I'll look at it and tell you exactly what. Takes 48 hours, costs £149, credited back if you go ahead with a build.
