How long does it take?

Do I need to write anything?
We write from discovery, interviews, and your notes - no full copywriting from zero without that input.
What if I don’t like the first draft?

Do you do monthly support?

What do I need to provide?
Basic info, any logos/photos, and access to current tools. Bullet points are fine.
Will my site show on Google?
Yes. We handle structure, basic SEO, and indexing so it can be found.
Can you add booking/quote forms?
Yes. We install forms or booking tools that match how you handle enquiries.
Can I update the site myself?
Most clients prefer done-for-you updates. Small changes are handled through Web Care plans, while bigger changes are quoted separately. All requests are handled quickly, so you can focus on running your business.
Warranty & support
After launch you get 30 days of defect fixes (bugs in the delivered work); after sign-off, changes are handled via Web Care or billed as ad-hoc support.
