Refunds & cancellations

1. Business-to-business services

Most of our work is delivered to businesses. For B2B engagements, refunds are not typically available once work has started, because time and delivery capacity are reserved and work begins immediately.

2. Upfront products (Audit, Sprint)

• Audits and sprints are paid in full upfront and are non-refundable once delivery has started.
• If we cannot deliver due to our fault, we will either reschedule or provide an appropriate partial or full refund.

3. Core website builds (50/50)

• The first 50% secures booking and covers initial strategy and build time; it is non-refundable once work begins.
• If you cancel after work has started, you must pay for work completed to date. Any prepaid amount will be offset against that value.
• The remaining 50% is due before launch and handover.

4. Care plans

• Care plans are billed upfront monthly or annually.
• Cancellation stops renewal at the next billing cycle unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Refunds for unused time are not provided unless we fail to provide the service.

5. Third-party costs

Third-party costs (e.g., domains, paid plugins, third-party services) are non-refundable once purchased.

6. If you are a consumer

If you are acting as a consumer, consumer cancellation rights may apply. If you request that work begins within any statutory cancellation period, you may be asked to confirm that you want delivery to start immediately and acknowledge that your right to cancel may be affected for digital services already delivered.

7. How to cancel
