Mobile apps

Mobile apps, designed and built in house.

A booking app, a client portal, a companion app to your site. Scoped properly, quoted fixed, built in stages you sign off.

We work with you from first call to launch. Founder-led, with a named person on your account throughout, and the same people who scope the work deliver it.

Built in house, start to finish

We design and build mobile apps in house, on the same team that builds our websites and software. You deal with the same people from the first sketch through to the App Store listing.

The process is the one we use for every build: a free strategy call, a written fixed-price quote before any work starts, and staged delivery so you use the thing while it's being made.

What we build

Booking and appointments

Customers book, reschedule, and pay from their phone, with reminders that cut no-shows.

Client portals

A private login where customers see their documents, history, and where things stand.

Companion apps

An app alongside your existing site, for the things a browser tab handles badly: push notifications, offline access, a home-screen icon people actually tap.

Field and team tools

For staff away from a desk: job sheets, photo capture, and sign-off from the van or the salon floor.

Case studies: none yet

Mobile is a new line for us. Every other service on this site shows measured client results, and this one will too once the first app ships. Until then there's nothing to show here, and we'd rather say that than fill the space with stock screenshots.

What we can show you is the software behind it: the client portal every project runs through is our own build, and the work covers what we've shipped so far.

Common questions

Have you shipped a mobile app before?
Not a native one on the app stores, and we're not going to pretend otherwise. We've built the web software behind this kind of product for years: logins, bookings, payments, dashboards. Mobile is a new line, priced and scoped accordingly, and you'd be an early client on it.
Do I actually need an app?
Often not. A fast mobile site does the job for most service businesses and costs a fraction as much. An app earns its keep when you need push notifications, offline use, or something customers open weekly rather than once. We'll say which one you need on the call.
iPhone, Android, or both?
Both, from one codebase, unless there's a reason to split them. That keeps the build and the ongoing changes to one bill rather than two.
Who handles the App Store submission?
We do, including the store listing and the review process. The developer accounts are registered to you, so you own the app and the listing rather than renting them from us.
What does it cost?
It depends heavily on scope, so we quote after the strategy call rather than posting a number that would be wrong for most people. The call and the quote are free.

Tell us what it has to do.

A bespoke app is scoped on a call: what it replaces, who uses it, and what it has to connect to. You leave with a view on whether it is worth building.
