Lead generation

Where your enquiries come from, and what happens next.

Ads bring people in. The page, the tracking and the follow-up decide how many of them become work.

Most of the money here is not in getting more people to click. It is in where the enquiry lands, how fast it is answered, and whether anyone can tell you which ones turned into work.

Setup is one-off. Management is monthly. Ad spend is separate and paid directly to the ad platforms. No VAT added.

More bookings come through online now, I'm not stuck in DMs all day, and clients have commented on how professional the site looks.

Lead Engine management

Priced per engagement after a strategy call

  • Ad copy and landing page tested against each other
  • Budget and bidding managed to qualified leads
  • Outcomes uploaded back to the ad platforms
  • Ninety-day minimum, then month to month

Plus ad spend, paid directly to the ad platforms.

Inside the Lead Engine

What actually gets built

Six things, and the ads are only one of them.

A page built to convert

The ad click has to land somewhere that answers the question it was asked. We build that page on your own site, and you keep it.

Every enquiry tracked

Forms and phone calls both. Each one carries the click that produced it, so you can see which campaigns generate work rather than clicks.

Answering measured, not assumed

We record how long each enquiry waits for a first reply, and tell you when one is sitting unanswered.

Outcomes fed back

When an enquiry becomes a job, that goes back to the ad platforms, so bidding chases the leads that turn into work.

Local search alongside

Your Google Business Profile is tuned once at setup, so the free half of local search is not left broken while you pay for the other half.

One monthly report

Leads, what happened to each, and what they cost. One number you can act on rather than a dashboard you have to interpret.

Ongoing search work beyond the setup tune is the SEO retainer, sold separately.

Before you start

Conversion teardown and prioritised fix plan, delivered in 48 hours.

It checks where your enquiries arrive today, how many are missed, and whether anything currently attributes one to its source. If the answers are bad, spending more on ads makes them worse rather than better.

You own your Google Ads account

Your Google Ads account lives in your name. We manage it under a manager link that's yours to grant. The account, the campaign history, the conversion data, and the keyword lists are all yours, always.

How it works

Three steps, and the first one is the one people skip.

  1. Strategy call

We agree what a qualified lead is for your business, in writing, before anything is built. That definition is what everything after is measured against.

  2. Setup, two to three weeks

Page, tracking, call numbers, lead routing, and the reporting wired end to end. Nothing goes live until an enquiry can be traced from click to answer.

  3. Ninety days, then a review on a date

Months one and two are the learning period. We agree the review date at the start and look at real numbers on it.

Start with the strategy call: book a time.

What ad budget do I need?

Below roughly a thousand a month in most local categories there is not enough data for the campaigns to learn from, so we would rather tell you that than take the work.

This line is new. We have not run it long enough to have a cost per lead of our own, so there is no figure here rather than somebody else’s average dressed up as ours.

What we can show you on the call is the reporting itself, and exactly how a lead is traced from the click to the job. Ask, and we will walk through it.

What it takes to break even

Adjust between £100 and £5,000.

At £500/job, the the Lead Engine covers its monthly cost with just 4 extra enquiries per month.

Anything above that is profit on top.

Common questions

Common questions about lead generation.

What does this cost?
A one-off setup fee, then a monthly management fee, then your ad spend, which you pay to the ad platforms directly. We never bill your ad budget. The two fees are quoted after a strategy call, because the right number depends on how many channels you run and how much you spend.
How many leads will I get?
We do not quote a number, and you should be careful with anyone who does before seeing your account. This line is new, so we have no results of our own to point at yet, and quoting somebody else's would be dressing up a guess. What we commit to is the process: the tracking will exist, every enquiry will be attributed, and we look at the real figures on an agreed date.
Do I own the ad account?
Yes. It is set up in your name and we manage it under a link you grant and can revoke. The account, the campaign history, the conversion data, and the keyword lists are yours.
Why is there a minimum term?
Ninety days. The first two months are when the campaigns learn, so judging the account at thirty days is judging the learning period rather than the work. After that it is month to month.
What if my phone goes unanswered?
Then the leads are wasted, and this is the single most common reason this kind of work fails. We measure how fast enquiries get answered and tell you when they are not. If answering is the real problem, our AI receptionist handles it, and we would rather sell you that than more clicks.
Do you do cold email or cold calling?
No. That is a different discipline with real compliance obligations under UK law, and doing it badly on your data creates a liability for you. We work with people already searching for what you do.

What others have experienced

Real outcomes and feedback from businesses we've worked with. See client results on the About page.

Results vary by business. We only share outcomes we can stand behind.

What you can expect

  • Scope agreed in writing before you commit. Your proposal lists exactly what's in and what's out.
  • Clear milestones and check-ins. You see progress at each stage; nothing goes live without your approval.
  • Unlimited revisions within scope until sign-off. Copy, design, and build are reviewed step by step.
  • Billed per milestone as work is delivered. Each invoice maps to a completed stage.

Client feedback

D'mitri helped our Brackley nail studio move from Squarespace + Acuity to a better setup (website + Square Appointments). More bookings come through online now, I'm not stuck in DMs all day, and clients have commented on how professional the site looks.

Meghan Meehan, Owner, MMM Beauty

Honestly couldn't be happier with the website that was built for me. I needed both my skincare brand and accountancy services to look professional, trustworthy, and modern, and that's exactly what was delivered.

Harrison James, Director, Harrison James Accounting

The new version is clearer, more accessible, and far better on mobile. They understood the sensitivity of our audience and handled it properly!
