Websites that convert. Fixed scope, confident sign-off.
Four tiers. Strategy, copywriting, design, and build in every plan. One structured revision round at design and one at staging, then sign-off before launch.
You work directly with D'mitri, founder of Doman Digital, from kickoff to launch. He leads the work himself, so your project is never handed down to a junior.
Standard scope, fixed price. Bespoke work gets its own line on the proposal.
Heavy custom app features unless quoted separately
Third-party subscription/tool fees
Ongoing ad spend management unless contracted
Large-scale content production unless agreed
How payment works
Paid in three stages, not one lump sum: 30% when you sign, 30% when production starts, 40% before launch and handover.
Each payment covers work already delivered. Staged payment costs nothing extra: it is how the project contract is structured, and it is not a credit arrangement.
No VAT added: we are not VAT registered, so the price shown is the price you pay.
The tiers
Same source as the detailed comparison further down, so a tier can't say one thing here and another there.
Essential
£1,450
One-off
Cheaper options usually mean templates, weaker copy, and less strategic thinking. Essential gives you a properly positioned custom build without stepping into agency-level overhead.
Best for:
For businesses that need to exist and look credible fast: a clear, properly built site that explains what you do and turns visitors into enquiries.
Includes:
Strategy and positioning
Up to 8 pages
One enquiry form, connected straight into the CRM
Local SEO foundations
Migration of an existing site, up to 25 redirects mapped
Timeline: 4-6 weeks
A handful of extra enquiries a month is usually enough to cover this site's cost. For most local service businesses, that is a realistic outcome from clearer messaging, stronger trust, and a better mobile journey.
The longer your site stays unclear, dated, or hard to trust, the more qualified enquiries drift to competitors who look easier to buy from.
Final payment lands after you've reviewed and approved the site. Launch is yours to authorise.
30% on signature, 30% at production start, 40% before launch and handover.
Includes a short strategy call to define scope before payment.
Most chosen
Professional
£2,450
One-off
This is the sweet spot for businesses that have outgrown the basics. Many agencies start here at a much higher price, with slower delivery and more layers between strategy and execution.
Best for:
For established service businesses and multi-service firms that need stronger page structure, booking flow, SEO foundations, and trust sections to compete properly.
Includes:
Everything in Essential
Up to 15 pages
Service pages that rank
Booking or multi-step enquiry funnel
Testimonial module and blog structure
Timeline: 6-8 weeks
Built to bring in more enquiries as well as look better, so most businesses see it pay for itself within a few months of extra bookings. It suits businesses ready to treat the website as a lead-generation asset rather than an online brochure.
Without a stronger structure for services, booking, SEO, and proof, you are leaving high-intent visitors to second-guess your credibility or leave altogether.
Final payment lands after you've reviewed and approved the site. Launch is yours to authorise.
30% on signature, 30% at production start, 40% before launch and handover.
Includes a short strategy call to define scope before payment.
Premium
£3,450
One-off
Comparable agency projects often land well into five figures. Premium gives you that level of strategic depth, authority-building structure, and polish without the usual agency drag.
Best for:
For scaling businesses, clinics, and multi-location firms that need a market-leading site with stronger positioning, deeper SEO structure, case study content, and a longer post-launch optimisation window.
Includes:
Everything in Professional
Brand refresh
Case study pages
Advanced SEO structure
Up to 30 pages, with per-location schema
Timeline: 8-12 weeks
Premium is designed to improve the quality of the enquiries coming through as well as the volume, so the payback builds with every enquiry that converts rather than resting on one large client.
If your business is scaling but your site still feels generic, slow, or thin on proof, you are capping both conversion and perceived value.
Final payment lands after you've reviewed and approved the site. Launch is yours to authorise.
30% on signature, 30% at production start, 40% before launch and handover.
Includes a short strategy call to define scope before payment.

Pay monthly instead
Not ready for a one-off build? We can build and manage your site on a monthly subscription instead. Your first month's payment is what starts the work, with no build fee or deposit beforehand. Twelve months minimum, then hosting, updates, and improvements included every month. Buy it out and own it outright any time you like.
See your actual homepage built free, before you pay anything.
The Professional tier is the best fit for most established service businesses. Use your average job value to see what payback looks like.
£
Adjust between £100 and £5,000.
At £500/job, the Professional tier (£2,450) pays for itself with just 5 extra enquiries.
Every enquiry after that is profit.

Calculator
Estimate your total website cost
Three quick choices for a realistic UK estimate: build cost, ongoing support, and total in year one. Anchored to our published pricing, no email required.
FAQ
How accurate is this estimate?
It's anchored to current Doman Digital build pricing. Ongoing services, SEO management and hosting, run on our managed plans and are added as separate year-one budget lines at the public managed-plans prices. Final scope and price are confirmed on a short strategy call. We don't quote blindly off a form.
Why is ecommerce shown as a custom quote?
Ecommerce builds vary widely with catalog size, payment integrations, shipping logic, and platform choice. The calculator gives a typical UK SME range (£2.5k–£20k), but the honest number comes from a 30-minute strategy call about what you actually need to sell.
Do you offer payment plans?
Website builds are split into three instalments: 30% when you sign, 30% when production starts, and 40% before launch. For ongoing monthly plans, including hosting, monitoring, and monthly improvements, see our managed plans at domandigital.co.uk/pricing/managed.
What if I need something not covered here?
If your situation doesn't fit the inputs, maybe you need a partial rebuild, content migration, or a niche integration, book the 30-minute strategy call. We'll either scope it as a custom quote or point you toward the audit if a smaller diagnosis comes first.

What others have experienced
Real outcomes and feedback from businesses we've worked with. See client results on the About page.
Results vary by business. We only share outcomes we can stand behind.
What you can expect
Scope agreed in writing before you commit. Your proposal lists exactly what's in and what's out.
Clear milestones and check-ins. You see progress at each stage; nothing goes live without your approval.
One structured revision round at design and one at staging, both reviewed live, not by email chain. Further rounds are quoted before they start.
Billed per milestone as work is delivered. Each invoice maps to a completed stage.
Timelines and outcomes
Bookings more consistent through site/booking system; stronger local visibility for "nail studio Brackley" type searches.
DIY Squarespace + Acuity; fragmented bookings and DMs. Site didn't feel premium or professional.
Brand + logo, booking system migration, Squarespace → Next.js rebuild, SEO foundations + local visibility.
4–8 weeks
Beauty / Nail studio
Proper online presence; clients can find and understand services.
No website; no online presence.
Full website build from scratch: strategy, copy, design, build, launch.
4–8 weeks
Accountancy firm
A lower-friction decision path for families, with 21 resource pages live at launch and the practice now referenced in the Royal College of Occupational Therapists' independent practice programme.
Families were making a high-stress decision with no clear path from first visit to assessment enquiry, and the old structure made the right information hard to find.
Rebuilt the public site around the parent's decision rather than the service list: three-pillar service model, step-by-step journey from enquiry to ongoing support, a 21-guide resource library, transparent pricing, and assessment-first CTA placement.
4–8 weeks
Private healthcare / Occupational therapy
18 location pages live across West London and the Thames Valley, with four-way redundant lead delivery so no enquiry is lost to a single failure.
A sole trader with no local search visibility against multi-van competitors, and a template-led site with no clear path from search to enquiry.
Mobile-first build around three contact paths (call, WhatsApp, three-field form), 18 hand-written location pages with local structured data, and a redundant lead pipeline backed by a CMS the owner runs himself.
4–8 weeks
Electrician / Trades
Client feedback
D'mitri helped our Brackley nail studio move from Squarespace + Acuity to a better setup (website + Square Appointments). More bookings come through online now, I'm not stuck in DMs all day, and clients have commented on how professional the site looks.
Honestly couldn't be happier with the website that was built for me. I needed both my skincare brand and accountancy services to look professional, trustworthy, and modern, and that's exactly what was delivered.
The new version is clearer, more accessible, and far better on mobile. They understood the sensitivity of our audience and handled it properly!
