SEO boundaries

SEO foundations include

Payments, defaults, and enforcement

Clear terms in plain English so everyone knows where they stand.

Monthly billing is in advance and starts on the agreed launch month. Setup fees are due before build work begins.

7 days late: friendly reminder and payment request.
14 days late: work pauses and scheduled updates are rescheduled.
30 days late: service is suspended until the balance is cleared.

If the agreement ends early or goes into default, the settlement amount is the greater of: (a) 50% of the remaining subscription fees or (b) the unpaid portion of the agreed build fee. Ownership transfers only once the minimum term is complete or the settlement amount is paid.

End-of-term options

No lock-in traps once the minimum term is complete.

Roll onto month-to-month care at the same level, cancel any time with 30 days’ notice.

Request a clean handover with access, assets, and documentation.
