- Your hosting run for you on a fast, modern platform: deploys, configuration, and monitoring around the clock, with the platform cost inside your plan price.
- The software your site runs on, kept up to date, and a serious security problem anywhere in it fixed fast.
- Full backups, tested restoration, and a safe rollback if anything goes wrong.
- Round-the-clock uptime monitoring, plus an hourly check that your enquiry form still works, so most problems are resolved before you hear about them.
- You change your own text, prices, photos and opening hours whenever you like, without waiting on us.
- Unlimited changes to your site. Text, images, layout, how something looks, moving things around, fixing something that has broken. As many as you need, no counting. New pages, new features and redesigns are separate work, and we price those up before we start so you always know first.
- If your site is down, or your enquiry form stops reaching you: a response within 4 hours and work begun the same working day. The same on every plan, and the same if you are on no plan at all.
- Anything less urgent: acknowledged within 2 UK business days, and work begun within 5 UK business days.
- A plain monthly report on the health of your site, and a named person who knows your account.

Buy it outright whenever you want. We publish the price for every tier from the day you sign up, and there's no exit fee. Buying out doesn't end things either: you can stay with us on a smaller plan, or take the code and go. See how owning and subscribing compare.
Your first month’s payment starts the work, with no build fee or deposit beforehand. New-build plans run for twelve months, then thirty days’ notice. See a free preview of your homepage before you pay anything, and the site goes live within 5 UK business days of content being submitted. Depth builds over the first three months, so the plan keeps adding to the site rather than stopping at launch.
14 days to change your mind. Cancel within 14 days of signing for any reason and everything you've paid comes back in full. Your site goes live inside that window and seeing it live doesn't end the right: you get to look at the finished thing and still walk away.
Every plan, including Handled, can be bought out at any time, and buying is always your choice. Plenty of clients never buy, and that is a perfectly good outcome. Limited companies and LLPs have a purchase price set out in the Managed Plans Agreement, and we confirm the current figure in writing within 5 working days of you asking for it. Sole traders, individuals and partnerships are priced on request instead, by valuing the site at the time you ask. After buying out you can continue on an existing-site plan, or take your code and self-host.
New build: Twelve months minimum, then 30 days' notice. Inside the first twelve months you can leave on 30 days' notice plus what is left of the build we have not recovered, capped at the site's purchase price where one exists. After twelve months it is 30 days' notice and nothing further to pay. You can buy the site outright at any point and it is yours.
Already have a site: No minimum term. Cancel any time, with nothing to give notice on: your plan stops renewing at the end of the paid month, which is not refunded. No exit fee. Where we host your site it stays live for that month plus a further 14 days, and an export of your code and content is free on request.
Need a break? You can pause your plan instead of cancelling. Email us and we will pause billing for up to 3 months while your site stays live. Billing resumes automatically at the end of the pause window unless you cancel.
Work beyond your plan's included time is £95 an hour, or £145 an hour out of hours, always quoted and agreed with you before it starts.
Each plan covers one website. Additional sites are quoted separately. £165 is the whole price. Infinity Domain Solutions Ltd is not VAT registered.

You already own the site, so ownership doesn't change and there is nothing to buy out. Nothing up front, and on an existing site there is no minimum term at all.

Your hosting is included, on every plan. We pay the platform and we run it, so there is nothing separate for you to hold or fund.

These plans used to be sold under our Infinity Domain Solutions name at infinitydomainsolutions.co.uk. Same company (Infinity Domain Solutions Ltd, company no. 11322252), same people, same plans, now all in one place. Existing direct debits and subscriptions are unaffected.
